Asbestos Jobs: PLM/PCM Microscopist

Are you a motivated scientist with experience in asbestos microscopy? Your core job responsibilities will include the analysis of bulk and air samples using PLM and PCM for asbestos. Experience with TEM would be desirable. Candidates for asbestos analyst jobs should be knowledgeable, thorough and efficient, and be able to meet EMLab P&K's high standards for quality and accuracy.

Required Qualifications
  • BA/BS or Masters in Biology, Microbiology, Geology or related field

  • MINIMUM 1-2 years of experience performing asbestos microscopy REQUIRED

    Are you a motivated Mycologist or Microbiologist with experience in biological sciences and microbiology? Your core job responsibilities will include the analysis of non-culturable surface and air samples for fungi. Candidates for microbiologist jobs should be career-oriented, willing to learn, thorough, efficient, and be able to meet EMLab P&K's high standards for quality and accuracy.

    Required Qualifications
  • BA/BS or Masters in Microbiology, Plant Biology, Biology, or any other life science with a minimum of eight (8) semester hours of microbiology.

  • 2-3 years of laboratory experience. Requires at least 1-2 of those years involving spore trap and direct exam experience.

    Are you a motivated Sales Representative with experience in Sales and Marketing? As a Regional Account Manager, you would report to the Director of Sales and Marketing. You will work, plan, establish, and implement an effective sales program for an assigned territory in the Northeast region to increase sales and expand market share. Telecommuting is available, but we expect you in the office 2-3 days a week.

    Required Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree preferred

  • At least 2+ years experience in Sales and Marketing (sorry, retail sales does not qualify)

  • Environmental background preferred

  • Excellent computer skills
