Dave Gallup. Chairman. Dave joined EMLab in 1997 after 10 years of engineering and management in the automotive industry. He has positioned EMLab as a leader in the IAQ industry by recruiting and training the most experienced microbiologists and by implementing quality control systems taken from the air bag sensor industry to ensure that EMLab consistently provides the highest quality and service. Dave holds eight patents and received his B.S. in Engineering and Applied Science from the California Institute of Technology and a Masters of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University.

Dr. Harriet Burge. Director of Aerobiology, Chairman of EMLab's Scientific Advisory Board, and Director of Research and Development. Widely considered the leading expert in bioaerosols, Dr. Burge helped pioneer the field more than 30 years ago. She developed and ran the aerobiology program at the Harvard School of Public Health for 10 years, and has served on many National Academy of Sciences committees on bioaerosols. Dr. Burge currently serves on the Board of Directors of the New England Chapter of the Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America.

Janet Gallup. Founder. Janet is a respected authority in the field of mycology with over three decades of experience in bioaerosol analysis, laboratory management, teaching and research. She is the co-author of one of the first published reports of stachybotrys found in a residence in 1980. She was instrumental in developing and launching the Pan American Aerobiology Certification Board for the Certification of spore counters.
